Reports suggest that Aston Villa are planning a fresh move for Arsenal’s Emile Smith Rowe. The Villans are keen to reunite the 22-year-old attacking midfielder with their manager, Unai Emery, who gave him his Gunners debut. Villa attempted to sign Smith Rowe in the summer of 2021, but their £30 million bid was rejected by Arsenal. However, changing circumstances have led to Villa considering another bid for the player. Smith Rowe has fallen down the pecking order at Arsenal and has not started a single Premier League game this season. He has made just 11 appearances in all competitions, with nine of those being as a substitute. Villa has been performing well under Emery, and they are currently sixth in the league.
