Aston Villa 0-0 Southampton LIVE commentary: Premier League football returns as Martinez, Watkins and Coutinho start for hosts, Djenepo replaces Aribo for Saints

Aston Villa take on Southampton tonight as Premier League football returns.

Last weekend’s fixtures were cancelled following the death of Queen Elizabeth but seven top-flight games will take place over the coming days.

There will be two matches on Friday night, both on the talkSPORT network, as Nottingham Forest host Fulham and Villa take on Southampton.
