Reports suggest that Arsenal are willing to let Charlie Patino leave on a permanent deal this summer, as the 19-year-old is eager to play regular football. Patino has been highly rated and was in and around the senior squad last season, making the Premier League matchday squad on six occasions. This season he has made 33 appearances for Blackpool in the Championship, scoring twice and laying on four assists. Despite being highly rated, Arsenal are willing to facilitate his request for a permanent transfer, with the teenager attracting interest from clubs in England and Europe. Patino is not the only academy player Arsenal are likely to sell this summer, with Folarin Balogun also set to leave in search of regular first-team minutes. Arsenal need to cash in on a number of players this summer in order to raise funds for transfers, with West Ham midfielder Declan Rice one of their top targets.
