Arsenal and Chelsea will clash in a London derby at the Emirates this week, with Arsenal in desperate need of the three points to cling onto their fading Premier League title hopes. Mikel Arteta’s men were roundly beaten in last week’s 4-1 defeat to title rivals Manchester City, while Chelsea are looking to arrest a horrid run of form which has seen them lose all five of Frank Lampard’s games as interim manager. Arsenal will be without William Saliba, who has missed the last six weeks with the back injury sustained in the Europa League draw with Sporting. Chelsea are without five first team players for the daunting trip to the Emirates, including Reece James and Mason Mount who are out for the rest of the season. Arsenal have won five of the last six games between the pair in all competitions, with Arteta boasting the superior head-to-head record with Lampard as a manager, securing three wins and a draw in their five managerial meetings to date.
