Ray Parlour has been showing off his ripped physique as the Arsenal legend and talkSPORT host Alan Brazil lapped up the warm sunshine with a few drinks.

Parlour looks in fantastic shape for 49, with the Invincibles hero appearing in a video alongside Brazil to discuss the pair’s talkSPORT Live tour and the birth of their new YouTube channel, based on what they know best – pubs, bars and restaurants!

The regular talkSPORT co-host and former England star said: “We’re going to go round the country looking at pubs, bars and restaurants; we’re gonna see the bars and restaurants on our YouTube channel!”

Clearly enjoying the warm summer weather, Parlour showed that regular ‘debrief’ pints with Brazil, his love of a curry and ‘Cobra Bombs’ – a concoction of his own invention – aren’t having a negative impact on his look.

Either that, or the Arsenal favourite is working very hard in the gym when he’s not in the talkSPORT studio.

On second thought, the latter has probably got a lot to do with it!

Parlour also regularly posts his running stats on Twitter, with times that will have many seasoned joggers putting in a shift to match them.

“He’s showing off again with his body,” said Brazil as Parlour rocked his chiselled frame.

The camera man seemed to like the view too as he provided a close up on Parlour’s pecs.

“About 30 years ago I’d have taken my top off because I did have a body,” added Brazil with a laugh.

The duo appeared to be enjoying themselves in what they described as a ‘secret location’ surrounded by the countryside and an outdoor swimming pool.

The pair were soaking up the sun and enjoying a glass of rose wine as they discussed their successful tour.

Brazil paid tribute to the brilliant crowd in Newcastle on Tuesday evening, and looked forward to next Tuesday’s tour finale in Nottingham.

During the tour, the legends have been discussing tales from their playing days, stories from the dressing room, the talkSPORT studio and travels when on international duty – with hilarious results.

There might even be a tale or two that aren’t safe for the radio…

Brazil was a UEFA Cup winner with Ipswich Town under Sir Bobby Robson, played in the World Cup for Scotland under the late Jock Stein and also played for Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United.

Ray Parlour, also known as the ‘Romford Pele’, holds the all-time appearance record for Arsenal in the Premier League and has played with some of the biggest characters in the game.
