Arsenal Fans Suspect Rodri of Attempting to Injure Two Stars Before Premier League Run-in.

Date:

During the recent international break, Arsenal fans expressed concerns that Manchester City’s Rodri had attempted to injure two of their star players ahead of the Premier League title run-in. Rodri played in midfield for Spain in their two Euro 2024 qualifying matches and was involved in collisions with Arsenal’s Martin Odegaard and Kieran Tierney.

In Scotland’s match against Spain, Tierney was forced off the pitch after a tough tackle from Rodri. However, Odegaard managed to complete his match for Norway, despite his team losing 3-0 to Spain.

Arsenal fans took to social media to express their concerns about Rodri’s tackles on their players. Some accused him of deliberately trying to injure Odegaard and Tierney, while others suggested that it was more than a coincidence that he had been involved in both incidents.

Despite the concerns of Arsenal fans, Spain emerged as 3-0 winners against Norway, but were stunned by Scotland in a 2-0 loss. Tierney had to watch the final quarter of the match from the bench after being forced off following a tackle with Rodri.

Rodri criticised Scotland’s tactics after the match, saying that they wasted time and provoked their opponents. He also expressed frustration at the referee’s lack of action in response to these tactics. However, Scotland celebrated their victory over Spain, which was their first in nearly four decades.

Overall, Arsenal fans will be hoping that their players have not suffered any serious injuries as a result of Rodri’s tackles. They will also be hoping that their team can continue their good form in the Premier League title race.
