Arsenal are reportedly considering a bid for Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi due to concerns over the long-term fitness of William Saliba. Saliba has missed the last six games due to a back injury, and Arsenal are worried he could miss the rest of the season. The club is also said to be monitoring Guehi, who has excelled at Selhurst Park since joining from Chelsea in a deal worth £18m. The 22-year-old has been capped three times for England and has regularly worn the captain’s armband this season. Palace are under no pressure to sell, and it is unclear what their asking price would be for Guehi. Tottenham are also said to be interested in the player.
