Alisson had the last laugh over Jordan Pickford in the Merseyside derby as the Liverpool goalkeeper hilariously mimicked his opposite number.
The Everton shot stopper and his side frustrated the Reds for much of Sunday’s Premier League encouter, but left Anfield empty handed.
In a feisty contest, two moments of quality in the second half was what separated the local rivals.
Andy Robertson opened the scoring with a close range header after some good work from Mohamed Salah and Divock Origi.
The latter – who has now scored six goals in Merseyside derby history – then sealed the points after also getting his head onto the ball from close range.
It was a massive win for Jurgen Klopp’s side who cut Manchester City’s gap at the top from four points to one.
The result, plus Burnley’s win over Wolves, also saw Everton slip into the relegation zone.
And Alisson’s hilarious jibe at Pickford was a delicious piece of icing on the cake to the jubilant Liverpool fans.

In the first half, when the visitors were proving to be frustrating opposition for the Reds to break down, Pickford irked the Anfield faithful further as he cheekily fell to the grass after making a routine save.
He then flashed a wide grin before making his way up and a little wink.
However, at full-time it was the England goalkeeper who was left with egg on his face, with Alisson rubbing it in his face in the closing stages.
The Brazil shot stopper made a comfortable save from a long range effort by Richarlison, which incidentally was their only shot on target.
Then, comically, he fell to the ground which was greeted by loud and ironic jeers from the majority inside Anfield.
One fan online suggested he should have been awarded Man of the Match just for that moment, while former defender Jamie Carragher wrote on Twitter: “Big win for Liverpool. They had to find a way to win after Everton were a lot more organised and aggressive than they have been for most of the season.
“Changes from the bench won the Reds the game. Big end to the season for both clubs.”
And the tweet just happened to be accompanied by an image of Allison diving on the ball.
