Alabama Football Announces 2024 Schedule with Key Matchups
Alabama football fans received exciting news on Wednesday night as the dates for the remaining games on the team’s 2024 schedule were revealed. The SEC Network schedule reveal special announced that Alabama will face off against Missouri on October 26, South Carolina on October 12, and Vanderbilt on October 5.

A Few Quick Observations
- The game time for the highly anticipated matchup against Georgia in Week 5 has already been set for 6:30 pm CT on ABC.
- This upcoming season will mark the first time since 1991 that the SEC will not have divisions. Alabama’s SEC opponents have an impressive combined conference record of 62-35, with a winning percentage of 64%. Additionally, Alabama’s non-conference opponents have a record of 91-55.
- Interestingly, Alabama will face a series of SEC East opponents from September 28 to October 26, including Georgia, Vanderbilt, South Carolina, Tennessee, and South Carolina again. These games are strategically placed between the team’s two bye weeks.
- Alabama’s two bye weeks precede crucial matchups against Georgia and LSU, and both opponents will also be coming off their own bye weeks.
- In November, Alabama has the opportunity to make history with a potential win against Oklahoma in Norman. The Crimson Tide have never won a game at Oklahoma, with their last meeting resulting in a 37-27 loss on September 7, 2002.
