“AC Milan offers Arsenal star on free transfer without new contract at Emirates”

Reports suggest that AC Milan is eyeing a free transfer move for Arsenal winger Reiss Nelson this summer. The 23-year-old’s contract with the Gunners is set to expire at the end of the season, and despite his desire to stay, the club has yet to reach an agreement on a new deal. AC Milan is said to be interested in acquiring Nelson if he becomes a free agent, as they prioritize signing a striker to replace Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Divock Origi. However, with the futures of Ante Rebic, Charles De Ketelaere, and Rafael Leao uncertain, a wide forward is also being targeted. Nelson has shown flashes of brilliance this season, contributing seven goals and seven assists in 61 games for Arsenal, but has been a bit-part player due to the form of Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka. AC Milan could obtain his services if Arsenal fails to tie him down to a new contract. The Italian giants sit fourth in Serie A as they fight for a Champions League place and prepare for a mouthwatering semi-final clash against bitter rivals Inter Milan.
